Your views are important to us and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to complain so that we can get things right.
When you complain we will:
- deal with you professionally and politely;
- treat your complaint seriously and keep it confidential;
- put right any mistakes as quickly as possible; and
- let you know the outcome or the progress of our investigations within 15 working days of receiving your complaint.
If we have made a mistake we will:
- say sorry;
- explain what went wrong and why; and
- learn from our experience.

Textphone - A Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) is an electronic device used for telephone communications by deaf persons, those with other hearing difficulties and people with speech impairments. In Europe, the term textphone is more commonly used.
