The venue is next to Hartlepool Civic Centre opposite the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre. Disabled parking is available in the car park opposite the hotel's entrance on Swainston St. and disabled permit holders can also park on street around the venue. Additional parking is available in the car park behind the shopping centre. If wheelchair access is required, this can be arranged by contacting the Social Security and Child Support on the number opposite prior to the day of your tribunal.
