By Bus
Local buses stop in Tufton Street, two to three minutes walk from the venue.
By Rail/Underground
The nearest train station is Ashford station & Ashford International station. The venue is a 10–15 minute walk from the railway station. Taxis are available outside the stations and also on Bank Street.
Facilities and Accessibility
Follow the Tribunals Service signs which you will see opposite the Costa Coffee area and next to The Juice Bar.
The venue is situated on the first floor of the County Square Shopping Centre. There is a lift to the first floor level for visitors with disabilities. Once inside, there is level access throughout.
Follow signs for Tribunals Service immediately inside the entrance to the shopping centre next to the Post Office.
Parking
There is parking on two levels directly beneath the shopping centre, including a good proportion of bays for the use of disabled visitors. There is also some on–street parking, including disabled bays, on the approach to the centre from Tufton Street.
Refreshments
Hot and cold drinks are available in the venue, the hot and cold drinks machine is situated in reception. Food is not available, however there are a number of shops, cafes and eating places both inside the shopping centre as well as in the immediate area outside, in Ashford town centre.
Payphone
There is a coin operated telephone available for public use. The use of mobile telephones is not permitted in the Tribunal rooms and corridors.
Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The Tribunal Office does not have photocopying facilities, but there are notices in the waiting rooms displaying places and prices where photocopies can be obtained (all within five minutes walk from the venue).
If you are disabled, please inform the Tribunals in advance so that we can accommodate the parties. A portable infra–red hearing loop is available. Please give the Tribunal at least 24 hours notice if you require this service.
