By Road
The hotel is located on the sea front on Grand Parade, between Burlington Place and Devonshire Place, almost opposite the bandstand.

By Rail/Underground
The venue is a 10–15 minute walk from the railway station.

By Bus
Eastbourne Buses local service routes 3 and 3A stop in Compton Street at the rear of the hotel. All other buses into Eastbourne stop in Terminus Road, close to the railway station, approximately 10–15 minutes walk from the venue.

Facilities and Accessibility
There is level entrance access for visitors with disabilities, as well as throughout the tribunals hearing area.

The venue
The tribunals hearing venue is situated on the lower ground floor of the hotel, with level access for all visitors via the rear of the building. Please use the walkway at the side of the hotel in Devonshire Place to get to the rear entrance.

Parking
There is no parking in the hotel car park for visitors, so please contact us well in advance of your hearing date if you have a disability and we will try to arrange a parking space for you. Otherwise, there are parking bays and some free parking on the roads around the hotel.

Refreshments
There are a number of cafes and eating places nearby, within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
