The Social Security and Child Support premises are located in Merchants Place, the entrance to which, if coming from Friar Street, is between Ann Harvey clothing store and a restuarant. If coming from Garrard Street, Merchants Place is opposite the NCP Garrard Street multi-storey car park.

Car parking for the disabled is not available at this venue.

The venue is above ground floor level and a lift is available for use. In an emergency situation the stairs would have to be used to evacuate the building. Anyone who has difficulties using the stairs may ask for their appeal to be heard at one of our venues located on ground floor level, please ring 0121 634 7200 to discuss.

Disabled visitors can be dropped off at the front of the building and if required a portable ramp is available to access the building.
