By road
Telegraph House is on Baillie Street which is off South Parade. The nearest car park is a multi-storey over the bus station, directly opposite the venue and there are a number of disabled parking spaces readily available. Two designated disabled spaces are also available in Bell Street, next to the venue, for badge holders and there are two disabled spaces in the Telegraph House car park (please ring 0151 243 1447) to arrange. The venue is accessible by wheelchair.
By Rail/Underground
Rochdale Station is on Milkstone Street approximately 15 minutes walk away from the venue.
By Bus
The Bus Station is directly opposite to the venue. For information about bus services ring the National Traveline on 0870 608 2608.
Facilities and Accessibility
The venue is above ground floor level and a lift is available for use. In an emergency situation the stairs would have to be used to evacuate the building. Anyone who has difficulties using the stairs may ask for their appeal to be heard at one of our venues located on ground floor level, please ring 0151 243 1447 to discuss.

Town Hall Square, Smith Street and outside Marks and Spencer on Yorkshire Street. The Tribunal clerk will ring for taxis if required.

There is a snack bar in the bus station opposite and there are cafes, snack bars and sandwich shops in the Wheatsheaf Shopping Centre, next to the venue.
